Established as a Home Owners Association and filed with King County in 1991 by Parklane Ventures. Our 1st Home Owners moved into their homes in 1992. Many of our 1st Home Owners are still residents. Our community is a collection of 108 single family homes. We are located in Federal Way, Washington near the Pierce County line.
We see ourselves as a quiet neighborhood where pride of home ownership is apparent.
