Established as a Home Owners Association and filed with King County in 1991 by Parklane Ventures. Our 1^st Home Owners moved into their homes in 1992. Many of our 1^st Home Owners are still residents. Our community is a collection of 108 single family homes. We are located in Federal Way, Washington near the Pierce County line.

Many of us have growing families with our children in the Federal Way School district, going to Todd Beamer High School, Sequoyah Middle School and Rainier View Elementary .

We see ourselves as a quiet neighborhood where pride of home ownership is apparent.
