Spring will soon be approaching and home owners will be finding home projects to work on.  Please remember that painting, roofing, fencing and exterior remodeling scope of work all needs to be submitted to the Board or ACC prior to starting a project.  Please submit your scope of work in advance via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
